Can I try Manage Repairs before paying?

Yes. Shops can start free without a payment card. Repairs, POS, inventory, website tools, SMS, reports and future platform improvements are included by default. Paid tiers mainly increase usage limits.

Can staff add condition photos?

Yes. When Repair Core is active, staff can upload multiple photos from camera or gallery to record item condition, missing accessories or service evidence.

Does it print receipts and labels?

Yes. Shops can print customer receipts, barcode labels and small QR labels. Label sizes and templates can be adjusted in settings.

Can customers track requests?

Yes. Service jobs and customer requests can generate a tracking link with details, photos and quote approval where needed. Shops can resend links by email or SMS when gateways are connected.

Can I control staff permissions?

Yes. The staff module supports roles such as technician, staff, manager and custom permissions so each person only sees the areas they need.

Can shops manage payments and revised quotes?

Yes. Service workflows support partial payments, balances, quote changes and approval tracking. Staff can request customer approval or mark approval manually when agreed by phone.

Is inventory included?

Yes. Full inventory is included with both Manage Repairs Core and Manage POS, so it remains shared if the shop adds another product later.

Can each shop use its own email address?

Yes. Shops can set sender details and SMTP settings so customer-facing emails can come from the shop mailbox and replies return to the shop.
