Legal and Trust Centre
Manage Repairs legal, privacy, security and data protection documents in one place.
Last updated: 14 August 2026
How this centre is organised
Manage Repairs separates privacy, security, data processing, acceptable use and support documents so shops can understand which rules apply to their own account, their staff and their customer records.
Platform role
For shop customer, repair, sales, website order and inventory records, the shop is normally the controller and Manage Repairs is normally the processor. For account, billing, security, analytics and support operations, Manage Repairs may act as controller.
Security and transparency
We publish these documents so prospective and existing shops can review how data is handled before they rely on the platform. The documents should be read together with any agreed order, plan or support arrangement.
How detailed documents fit together
The Privacy Policy explains platform and visitor data, the GDPR and DPA pages explain shop customer data, the Data Security page explains practical safeguards, and the Terms and Acceptable Use Policy explain how users must operate the service responsibly.
Ongoing updates
As the platform grows, these documents may be updated to reflect new features, providers, regions, security controls, payment options, AI support tools or legal requirements. The last updated date shows the current public version.
