Free and paid plans
New shops can start on the Free plan without payment card details. The Free plan applies to the features and usage limits included in that plan at the time they are offered. Future modules, premium upgrades, expanded limits, optional services, integrations, custom work and newly released features may be chargeable or limited to paid tiers. Paid access begins only after a shop chooses a paid tier and completes billing setup. SMS automation is included in the workspace plan; provider charges are paid directly by the shop to its chosen SMS provider.
Product pricing
Monthly prices are shown on the pricing or checkout page before signup. Existing paid periods are not repriced mid-period unless agreed with the shop. Plan names, limits, included features and paid upgrade options may change for future signups, renewals or optional upgrades.
Fair usage and limits
Products include fair usage limits for service tickets where Repair Core is active, customer records, inventory items, staff users, branches, image uploads and storage. These limits are designed to be generous for normal shop use while preventing excessive storage, very large images or automated bulk uploads that could affect service reliability. Current guide limits are 250 service tickets where Repair Core is active, 300 customer records, 500 inventory items, 1 staff users, 12 photos per service ticket, 8 MB per image and 1 GB included storage. We may offer higher limits or additional storage by agreement.
Acceptable use
Users must keep login details secure, use the platform lawfully and avoid uploading unlawful, harmful or irrelevant content.
Security responsibilities
Shops must use strong passwords, keep staff accounts up to date, remove access for people who leave, protect exported files and tell us quickly if they suspect account misuse, unauthorised access or incorrect data exposure.
Images and files
Condition photos and inventory images should be relevant to the service job, sale or product record. Users must not upload offensive, unlawful, malware-containing or unrelated files. We may restrict, compress, delete or ask shops to remove content that creates security, legal or excessive storage risk.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, hosting issues or third-party outages may affect availability.
Beta and developing features
Manage Repairs is a developing SaaS platform. Some new tools, industry templates, AI support, automation, analytics, website themes or integrations may change, improve, move plans or be withdrawn if they create support, legal, security or operational risk.
Customer responsibilities
Shops are responsible for the accuracy of sales, service, repair, inventory and customer data, customer communications, item handling, customer consent where needed, tax obligations, staff permissions, exports and compliance with local law. Shops should keep their own business-critical records, regularly export important data and not rely on Manage Repairs as their only legal, accounting or operational archive.
Admin and staff access
Shop owners are responsible for deciding who can access the workspace, what permissions staff should have, and whether access should be removed when a person changes role or leaves the business.
Shared GTIN catalogue
Manage Repairs may use non-personal product metadata such as GTIN/barcode, product name, brand and category to improve shared barcode suggestions. Manage Repairs may review, correct, merge, trust or disable catalogue records. Shared GTIN data is used as barcode evidence only and does not overwrite curated seed-library names, brands or categories.
Third-party services
The platform may connect to or rely on third-party services such as payment providers, email delivery, SMS providers, analytics, maps, AI services or hosting providers. Their availability, pricing, terms and performance are not fully controlled by Manage Repairs.
Customer backup responsibility
Manage Repairs will take reasonable steps to protect, back up and recover platform data, but shops remain responsible for keeping independent copies or exports of the records they need to run their business, meet accounting or tax duties, respond to customers and continue operating if the service is unavailable.
Backups and data loss
No hosted software, backup process, server, internet connection, payment provider or third-party service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, immune from cyberattack or free from corruption. Data may be unavailable, delayed, corrupted, deleted or lost because of outages, user error, configuration mistakes, malicious activity, third-party failure, maintenance, software faults or events outside our control. Shops should export important records regularly and tell us quickly if they notice missing, incorrect or inaccessible data.
Limitation
Manage Repairs is provided as business software. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, business interruption, loss of expected savings, loss caused by shop-entered data, loss caused by third-party services, hosting outages, cyber incidents, corrupted data, unavailable data, failed exports, user misuse or a shop’s failure to keep its own backup records. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow exclusion or limitation.
