Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for using Manage Repairs responsibly and lawfully.

Lawful use
Users must use Manage Repairs only for lawful shop, service, retail and repair operations and must comply with the laws that apply to their business and customers.
Customer data
Users must not upload unnecessary, excessive, misleading, unlawful or highly sensitive customer data unless they have a clear lawful reason and appropriate safeguards.
Prohibited content
Users must not store content that promotes fraud, theft, harassment, exploitation, illegal goods, malware, credential theft, identity misuse or any activity that could harm customers, staff, other shops or the platform.
Files and images
Users must not upload malware, unlawful content, offensive images, unrelated files or content that infringes another person’s rights. Photos should be relevant to the repair, product, sale or customer record.
Security misuse
Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, probe systems without permission, scrape the service, overload the platform, interfere with other shops or test live security in a harmful way.
Spam and communications
Users must not use Manage Repairs to send spam, misleading messages, unlawful marketing or communications without the required permission or lawful basis.
Inventory and device records
Users are responsible for accurate product, device, purchase, ownership, VAT, stock and sale records. Manage Repairs does not verify that an item is lawful to buy, repair or sell.
Public shop websites
If a shop uses public website features, it is responsible for its own public content, product descriptions, prices, opening hours, customer notices, fulfilment, refunds, local trading rules and customer communication.
Enforcement
We may restrict, suspend or remove access if use of the platform creates legal, security, abuse, storage, payment or operational risk.
