Overview

Manage Repairs uses selected third-party providers to host, secure, deliver, support and improve the service. These providers only receive the data needed for their role.

Selection principles

We aim to choose providers based on business need, security expectations, data sensitivity, confidentiality terms, availability, support quality and whether the provider is suitable for a SaaS platform handling shop and customer records.

Hosting and infrastructure

Hosting and database providers may process account, shop, repair, inventory, order, file, log and backup data so the platform can run reliably.

Email and communication providers

Email providers may process names, email addresses, message content, delivery status, tracking pixels and unsubscribe or preference records needed to send account, support, repair or engagement messages.

Payment providers

Payment providers such as Stripe may process billing contact details, payment method details, subscription status, invoice references and fraud-prevention information. Manage Repairs does not store full card numbers.

Analytics, location and error monitoring

Analytics, geo-IP and error-monitoring providers may process limited technical data such as browser details, approximate location, page paths, event times and error details to protect and improve the service.

AI and support tools

AI or support providers may process chat questions, page context, troubleshooting notes and assistant replies where needed to provide support and improve help quality. Users should avoid sending unnecessary personal data in chat.

Provider controls

We aim to use providers with appropriate confidentiality, security and data protection commitments, and to replace or disable providers that no longer meet operational or legal needs.

Review and minimisation

Provider use should be reviewed when new features are added or when a provider changes materially. Where possible, providers should receive only the minimum categories of data needed for their function.

Changes

The exact provider list may change as the service develops. Material changes that significantly alter risk should be reflected in this page or related legal documents.
